Loved the view of the pond from our balcony! The sun rose over the dunes and ocean out of the bedroom window each day and set over the pond each evening. The view can't be beat! Appreciated the two lawn chairs provided. We took them to the beach at night to relax and watch the waves! Our room felt very private. Very clean, well appointed. Pool and sauna were a nice end to a busy day! Laundry was a nice extra. It will bo so nice to come home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Lastly, hosts were great. Very responsive.

Perfection in a 1 bedroom condo! Incredibly clean, well-apppinted with all you need - stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, hangers, kitchen spices, beach towels, and so much more. Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed & sofa/sleeper. The location in the complex is our favorite - great view of the pond and quiet. Great gym & pool. The beach is very close. Excellent communication with the nicest owners ever! We always stay at Beach Club & "The Erin" condo is why. We had a peacful stay at my happy place!! Thank you Richard & Marilyn!

We visit the area frequently and this was our first stay at a condo vs a home. We loved the proximity to the beach. The condo itself was well appointed and owners were helpful and quick to respond. We stayed on the second floor and the guests above us were quite lively until about 4am. However, the condo itself, owners, and proximity were all so lovely we would definitely stay here again.

What a Gem!

Lovely, perfect, quiet location with the BEST hosts! Condo had EVERYTHING we needed and more. They really paid attention to all the details. Right around the corner from the beach. Patio overlooked the property pond. We will definitely be back!

Very beautiful views

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It is a very short walk to the beach. There is a pool on the community grounds but we spent all our time at the beach. Everything else is a very short drive to get to which also makes it convenient. We had problems with the people on the 3rd floor being loud but the owners stepped in and helped pretty quickly and were really concerned about the issue which makes up for the fact that the kids on the 3rd floor were just being kids. Overall, we were very pleased with this VRBO and will come back!

Outstanding!

An excellent experience beginning with the ease of booking, the owner's quick response and comfortable, week long getaway. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting North Padre Island.

Beach vacation

We absolutely loved staying here! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a total of 4 nights and when we arrived the check in process was fast and simple. The hosts communication was excellent as they weee already communicating with us a couple days prior to the trip to give us a run down of the condo. We were only a couple minutes from the beach which was perfect for our beach days! This is somewhere we will be staying in the future!

Perfect Escape

This was a beautiful condo, extremely clean, quiet except for the wonderful roar of the ocean, felt very private on our balcony. It was so well stocked with necessities, for the kitchen and bathroom. Just bring food and clothes! A lot of thought and care went into The Erin and we sincerely appreciated it. We will be back!

Great Place to Spend a Week

My husband and I spent a week in early April in "The Erin". It was exactly as described. Very clean, the kitchen had every thing needed to cook dinner and more, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach and watched birds on the pond from the deck. We would happily stay in "The Erin" again!

We enjoyed the Erin so much! Everything was so nice: the furnishings, the cleanliness, the location were all great. The hosts were so very kind and welcomed us so warmly. Next time it's just the two of us we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

This was my first time staying at the Erin and it was perfect. Once again the hosts have thought of everything one might need for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything one would need to prepare a meal and there are a lot of extras in the bathroom as well. The beach is walking distance but remember the bug spray! The pool is very nice and the host provides towels for the pool. This is my second condo I have rented from this host, the first was The Dover, I have been VERY pleased with both locations. The Erin was a great place to stay for my 6 day vacation.
