We chose to stay here because we stayed before a couple of years ago and were so pleased. We were just as pleased this time! The best thing in our opinion is the bed! The mattress is so comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in giving a recommendation of where to eat. We don’t get to Cortez often but when/if you do again, this will “our”place!!

Apparently there was some kind of water break. No notifications that would have allowed us to make other arrangements. Got to hotel and turned away and every hotel in that immediate area was full. The worst customer service ever! And the girls at the desk were blaming the manager who apparently was in hiding! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

On check-in, the front desk attendant came out of the back room (not a bathroom) fumbling with his belt buckle. Creep! Did not feel safe after that and instructed my teenage daughter we needed to change in the bathroom only with the door closed where there was no mirror. . The man should not be employed where public interaction is required.

Enjoyed this hotel. The room was a nice size, it has a beautiful pool area, and the continental breakfast was great. It's also close to a variety of dining options.
