The staff, food options and beach front was amazing. They had a food concierge at each restaurant to help those guests with food allergies, I appreciated this extra step and concern. One isue wa that our "Do Not Disturb" signal was not working on our door, so we had a few pop ups from the staff, but overall they were very professional amd helpful. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We traveled to Cancun for a family reunion. We have been to Cancun and stayed at over a dozen resorts. This is one of our favorites (if not the favorite). The sandy beach is large, water is crystal clear, no rocks. Lots of restaurants. Easy to find chairs, palapas, and sunbeds. Easy to eat with our group. Entertainment available in the evenings. The two bedroom oceanview suite is perfect for a family. Food and drinks are great. Can't wait to be back soon!

Overall great experience! It was our first time in Cancun— the private transport was excellent and the driver gave us information about the area and was friendly. Our swim up suite was located in the family section, it was quiet and the pool was amazing! Dining options allowed for some diversity in cuisine and the variety was good. The room service did take a lot longer than quoted and the rooms bathroom didn’t have much privacy. However over all it was a fantastic stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Service was top notch. Staff were very accommodating. The grounds were spotless. My Butler Melissa was awesome always there when needed. Food was very tasty, even room services was good. Antonio the room services delivery man was wonderful, great service. Abraham at the pool was great too. My only suggestion would be for some late night stuff to do. Everything seems to shut down at 11pm. I will be back.

10/10 Highly Recommend. I will be coming back here every year! There were lots of weddings, the staff were all so friendly and kind and always willing to help. The staff and resort itself is top tier & it’s really beautiful there. The pool is big, the beach is so clean, the restaurants are all good. Always having activities. They are always cleaning and always room service. Majestic Elegance really lives up to their name in every way.

A truly majestic all-inclusive experience. Top-shelf food and drinks at Mexican, Italian, French, seafood and steak restaurants. Breakfast buffet baked goods disappointing despite huge selection. Pools and beaches great. Water warm. Staff super friendly and helpful. Nightly entertainment was surprisingly outstanding — especially the festive White Night fire show and Mexican Night show with fantastic outdoor buffet.

The resort was wonderful check-in was a little bit busy at the time we checked in made us question whether it was a right facility for us after that process. We were so glad that we stayed here. The beach was great. Staff was great. Food was wonderful lots of choices, only negative was the jet skis were constant and close to the swim area would stay here again

For a five star resort, the food was very average, I’ve stayed at a more affordable resort with four stars and the food option and quality was better. However, the room was large and had a private Jacuzzi. The activity is on the resort were very limited. It is also far from the airport about one hour away. I don’t think I will stay at that hotel again because for the price it’s not worth it.

Resort was very clean and accommodating. Recommend anyone looking for a place to stay while in Cancun to check out Majestic Elegance. Worth every penny!
