"Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room was not working. However, the staff was extremely helpful and responded promptly by moving us to another room where the air conditioning worked perfectly. Getting to the beach was very convenient. We simply called for the resort’s transportation service, and they were always quick and reliable in picking us up from our room and taking us to the beach. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly return."

"I like the fact that we were able to check in early in the morning, front desk was friendly, bar tenders not so much some of them looked fed off with their job and you can tell. Our room smell like drainage tho, im thinking they have problems with the vents or thats how it is there idk. Other than that the resort in general is beautiful well maintained! Pura Vida!"

"This hotel is in the perfect spot on the beach. The bar and restaurant are great. The servers like Brenda and Bismark are so friendly and remember everyone’s names. Rooms vary in updating but are comfortable and have ac. The buffet breakfast has a huge variety of foods. We always enjoy our stay here."
