"Checking into the property was easy and straightforward. The rooms were nice and clean. Stayed on the second floor - took awhile to get hot water to the shower. Only thing that we did not like was my wife tried calling ahead to see if the room had a refrigerator, but when she called all she got was an automated answering system with prompts and was never able to get in touch with anyone to answer her question. "Beautiful hotel, great location to Badger events and loved getting to the farmer's market Saturday morning. Loved the room- it was spacious with a living room and pullout sofa for our teen. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste but we were happy with the hotel and plan to stay again. "
