Property undergoing some renovation but did not impact our stay at all! Room clean, beds comfy and overall very quiet. Breakfast has basic options but enough to find something for everyone. No complaints- would stay again!

The following comments are in regard to our stay on wed oct 14th. On the morning of thur oct 15th we went down for breakfast. There were apparently 3 or 4 employees working the breakfast buffet. One of them was making pancakes for the other employees, while ignoring customers waiting to use the pancake maker. We overheard her ask her fellow employee "how many do you want?", to which her fellow employee answered "four" (all spoken in Spanish). They were bringing the food in the back room. We finally gave up and just found something else to eat. In the other hotels where we stayed, there was only one staff working in the breakfast room, refilling the food and making sure the guests were being prioritized. They were not helping themselves to coffee and the pancake maker in full view of the guests. I spent many years working in the hotel management industry. This situation constitutes a breach in (1) professional conduct, (2) customer service, and (3) maintaining a sanitary dining environment.
