Clearly Madison has a serious homelessness problem. The amount of homeless people congregating/sleeping on sidewalks around the capitol building was disturbing. Lost track of how many times I was asked for money. I was also surprised at the lack of police presence.Ended up leaving the area sooner than I had planned
