It does not look like the pictures. The rooms are old and outdated. There was no blanket on the bed. Slept cold with just a sheet. There were no wash cloths either had to bathe with a hand towel. Food was good but very limited.

This is my favorite resort in Cozumel. Great snorkeling, friendly staff and close to Mega for souvenirs or if you keft deodorant at home. It's like wal mart.

HORRIBLE! Worst experience ever! The first room I got had a disgusting stained bathtub all yellow then they changed my room to another disgusting room I gave up. Then at checkout they tried to charge me smoking fee when I did not smoke.

Nice property and most of the staff are nice. Rooms were cleaned daily. Food service was across the street for our first day and then served in the main dining room for the remainder of the week. Overall food was hit or miss. The meat freshly cooked on the grill and fresh fruit & vegetables were amazing but the precooked meat and pastas tasted like they came out of a can. We never got a reservation for the "nicer" dinner by the pool. Food is only served during set times. We ate out once at a good restaurant in town but other guests ate out regularly. Although hotel advertises that there are activities most of the day, we did not see any happening. We also didn't ask. There were boxed games and books available around the elevators. Many guests seemed to be divers so pool area was mostly empty during the day which was great for just relaxing by the pool. Mega store and town are relatively close and very walkable. I recommend going across the street from the hotel for the better sidewalks. Prices in market and smaller stores were much better on rainy days when not many cruise ship passengers make their way off the ship. Overall our stay was good. It is a nice hotel but not really like a traditional all-inclusive with food and activities available all day and night.

Hotel looks nothing like the pictures, we did not have power at the hotel for about 24 hours and it was extremely hot in our rooms , fridge in rooms didn't work, toilet kept getting clogged in our room, there was alot of ants and little lizards in the room, roaches in the dining room, no comforter/ blanket on bed.

I must commend the front desk staff for their outstanding service. Special thanks to Carolina and Alexis. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. Carolina was incredibly professional, ensuring that all my requests were met promptly. They provided detailed information about the hotel’s amenities and even offered recommendations for local attractions. Throughout my stay, the front desk team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Even with Hurricane Beryl they still showed patience and and a willingness to assist. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing extra amenities, or simply offering a friendly chat, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident Their proactive approach and attention to detail were truly impressive. Overall Impression: The front desk team at exemplifies what excellent customer service should be. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to making guests feel valued set a high standard. From the reservation that I made, the drinks and meals are included. What I am very unhappy about is how bland and limited there was to choose in the buffet or menu. Drinks were fine, just the food. For breakfast, I did not like how the pastries or fruits did not have a clear covering, so all flies were on them.

All inclusive should have 24 hour all inclusive service, and this place had scheduled hours for meals. When you are on vacay you shouldn’t have to schedule tourist outings according to the hotel’s scheduled meal hours. In addition, this resort wanted to charge for keeping water and beer in the hotel room. This is NOT all inclusive!!! They also charged for top shelf liquor and did not let us know until the drinks were already made. This is NOT all inclusive.

If all you want to do is dive this might be the place for you. I stayed 5 nights and only one time did I have a good meal. My exceptional meal was on our pirate ship excursion. The breakfast buffet was not impressive at all, nothing was different from day to day, very bland, no flavor. The rooms are nothing great but they are clean. My fridge did not work and was not stocked with anything, this was something I didn’t expect from an all inclusive resort. The staff was friendly, but know one went above and beyond. For me this rating would be average and would rate poor overall.

The resort is older and basic. It is located in a good area There aren’t many food options. It’s generally the same variations of the same food everyday. Breakfast is served outside and there is no air conditioning. The majority of the staff is rude (especially the dinner staff). However, Jonathan, William and Keira made our stay much more enjoyable. They were polite and fun and made sure we had what we needed. In the evenings, for dinner, and most of the other times, you have to ask the rest of the staff for drinks or refills or anything else several times before you get it. We were there with a party of 15 for a celebration. It seemed like they would get annoyed that they had to work while we were there. We overheard one of the waiters complaining that we were asking for too many things one evening. Apparently they don’t like having to get you refills. Many time’s the cooks in the buffet would disappear for long periods of time for both breakfast and dinner or would refuse to make things such as quesadillas when they were making tacos using the same ingredients. The location is very convenient for snorkeling, swimming, and scuba diving. It is not great for large families since there is no where to sit together to hang out (with air conditioning) until the bar opens in the evening. In addition- the dinner staff share tips, when many of them do not provide good service and don’t deserve the tips. It takes away from the ones who do. We will not go back to this location.
