“Location, location, location! We had 2 teens, 2 younger kids, and 2 adults and we had more than enough space for all of us. The condo was well-kept and had hot water. We used the kitchen a ton and it had all we needed. The fireplace was a very nice addition and the teenagers literally took naps on the floor below it since it was so cozy. There was a minor issue with a bathroom sink, but Deb (the owner) was SO communicative and was quick to respond. The condo was clean, modern, and a perfect……

Summary: Lock failure in extreme winter conditions, delayed response, and ADA violations.During my recent January stay, the outdoor electronic lock on this property failed and my friend and I were locked out at around 10:00 p.m. in -3F weather. We attempted to contact the host immediately. He was unreachable by phone for over 1.5 hours. At some point he texted, I responded immediately, and there was still a significant additional delay.Instead……
