"The hotel is beautiful! I'm sure it's very busy during ski season, but I was there for work in June, so it was very quiet. The building is gorgeous, the bar was nice with a very friendly bartender, and the room was great."

Jim, the host, checked in halfway through our stay to see how things were going and they were going great. Overall, we had a wonderfully relaxing time. "We had another wonderful stay on the lake with our dogs! Cottage was just as great as it was 3 years ago & the new owners were lovely! Excellent communication, cottage was clean and cozy, as described with a few upgrades! We loved sitting on the enclosed porch or gated deck with a drink after a hike or mountain bike ride & our dogs just relaxed on their beds looking at the beautiful lake view. The community beach was a great way to cool off after the days activities & the BBQ grill was perfect for quick and easy dinners. Highly recommend this vacation rental!"

It was close enough for us to visit our son and family at their farm in Barnet and they were able to come over for dinner. The home had everything we needed.
