“I had booked this accommodation based on what I saw on the web page. I was severely disappointed. Upon arrival we had great difficulty in finding the property and only by chance a passer by told us to check in at the hotel down the road. I had booked the royal suite but found that this is up 4 steep flights of stairs with no handrail and no elevator. We are in our 70s so this information could have been communicated clearly in the ad. Although we are very fit there was no way we could manage……
