“I asked for a room in front of the hotel when I arrived because I am disabled but she wouldn't give me one because they have an elevator. When we let to get dinner the close parking was taken. It was harder on me getting things in and out. I paid an extra 30.00 for my pet but they hadn't mowed thier grass which made it hard to walk him. I just feel if they allow pet's they should have a place for them to walk. The area was nice it was right up the street from all the shops.”

“We stayed at The Guest Lodge as we were watching our daughter row at a regatta at Lake Lanier so the location was perfect. However, it took 6 different key cards to get into our room. The staff were extremely helpful with this matter and had maintenance look at it. The problem still persisted but after several attempts we could access our room.
