"The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the

"The cleaning lady was nice. The property pictured in the ads has nothing to do with the crude reality. We expect it a newer construction nicely kept but we found a decrepit old building, the tiles in the common areas uneven, the pool edges have never been brushed. The
