"The rooms don't isolate the sound from outside .
Breakfast is totally not worth . Avoid breakfast as food is cold , bread old and staff didn't seem to care of my concers towards it."

"Hotel located in new development area so most taxi drivers are not too familiar, make sure to take hotel business card at all time. Other than that it’s pretty good place to stay. "

"Very very clean, friendly staff. No frills, but everything you need, neat and in working order. Hard bed and pillows—but this is not uncommon in S Korea. Breakfast is Korean style, which might not appeal to some, but everything was fresh. Location is great—subway a short walk away, small restaurants right across the street, shopping around the corner. "Bits and pieces of American in the hotel. Overall a nice stay. Staff was very accommodating. My only possible complaint about the hotel was the TV channel selection was somewhat eager. They were perhaps 20 or 25 actual channels to watch on the television and other hotels give many more but for most travelers I think this is not a major factor. "
"This hostel was nice enough. We were not updated on the check in process before hand. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. There was a room spray on in the room that was way too artificial and strong. A little outside of the main areas/things to see. Good for a night or 2! "
"This executive double room was quite different from the standard one in some ways (better facilities with more cozy room conditions in general) and I was satisfied for such details!"
"The check in was quick, and the receptionist was friendly a very helpful. The parking on the property was convenient. The location of the hotel is central to shopping and food. The room was comfortable and 75” tv was a bit overwhelming. The windows were triple paned so you couldn’t hear street noise. The breakfast was delicious. "
"Clean and tidy place, I had a private room so I didn’t have to worry about noisy people. This can happen anywhere and it’s not the owners fault. The kitchen is nice and fully equipped, nice common area and very nice owner. I would recommend to stay there."
"Every aspect of this stay was amazing!
Coming from the states, we couldn't download the Korean APPs and the host reached out via whatsapp after the first communication on hotels.com.
All instructions on how to get into the building and where to store bags were provided prior to arriving.
We arrived a bit early but the room was ready so he allowed us to go straight in - once we arrived, he came in and showed us how everything works (HVAC, TV, etc.) So grateful for this interaction.
Location: the bandolwang station is right outside & there is a 7/11 attached to the building. The shopping area, food, bars start a block over.
Space: Quiet, clean and located on the top floor of the building, great view.
1000% would stay here again! Definitely recommend.
We are a couple in our early 30's. Thank you!

"Hotel Laonzena was an average hotel and I would give it 3 stars. Our check-in process wasn't very welcoming - we arrived at 1.45pm, just an hour before the official check-in time of 3pm. We asked if we could check in early but the front desk lady immediately dismissed our request and told us to come back at 3pm. She didn't even take the initiative to check her computer to see if a room was available. That left us with quite the unwelcoming experience. The room was a bit dated and tired looking, and small. The double bed also wasn't that comfortable. The bathroom was good though. The swimming pool was closed throughout our stay. They gave us a single coupon for breakfast which was very strange given there were two of us. The breakfast layout was very strange - there were about 7-8 round tables with 6 chairs each. Food was mainly Korean cuisine but the coffee was good. Unlike the check-in experience, the front desk staff during our check-out were very friendly and polite. They even stored our luggage for us in a secure location after we checked out, and even called us a taxi to the train station. They told us the ride was about 7 minutes and would cost around 7,000 Won, and it was very accurate. "
"I stayed 2 nights in the Junior Pool Suite Double Room at Hotel Susung, with a beautiful view of Suseong Lake. The room was spacious, had a jacuzzi, and included a bidet in the bathroom. The rooftop pool offered a stunning panoramic view, and the breakfast buffet was delicious."

"We stayed there for one night, getting to the property was so easy. The one lady at the reception was friendly, no paperwork, she gave us the keys and we went to our room. The property is close to Daegu station, you can hear the sound of trains passing by. I highly recommend this property. "
