This was my second time at this property, and I must say it doesn't disappoint! I will stay here every time I visit Dallas. The staff is thee best! I was checked in by Ms. Roshandra who for and employee who has been there only 6 months, was very knowledgable.
Kudos to The Sheraton for having her on the front line. Now the breakfast.......soooo good!! I cannot say enough about this awesome property.
The hotel was decent. They staff pleasant and restaurant served good food. The highway noise was terrible and it took forever to get hot water in the morning. Also, the fan in the room didn’t work.
The hotel was quiet for the most part. One night there were bags left outside the door of the room across the hall from mine that had an alarm that sounded off every few minutes in the very early hours of the morning. Had to call the front desk to have it taken care of, which they did. The restaurant was nicely decorated but only ever had 3-4 people in it. I was alone there at 7:30 on a Saturday night, and the bartender was a little confused on how to make a vodka martini with a twist. It came with a twisted lemon wedge. Close enough, I guess. I stayed for 3 nights and my trash was never emptied. I ran into a gentleman in the elevator with two bags of trash that he said hadn't been removed from his room over two nights so he was bringing it down himself. The room was great, the bed comfortable and I did get fresh towels every day. It is close to The Galleria but the temperature outside in August didn't really allow for walking outside. I would stay again but would definitely find other bars/restaurants to visit.

Overall it was ok but I was surprised there was a parking fee and the ac unit was very noisy. The fan rattled all night long and hard to get a good nights rest.

The front receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The servers in the restaurant were entirely friendly. Parking was not easy to access due to some line break maintenance and the fact that parking isn’t free is also a bummer.

Had to pay for parking, in Texas, in an uncovered lot. And it wasn't disclosed or reflected in the booking price. Also, the area is right next to a major highway and a bit noisy, plus, the AC units in the rooms are quite loud. Rooms were clean, though, and staff was nice.

We are very sorry our primary boiler was replaced 2 years ago and has had a circuit board fail, so we are using our backup boiler which was also replaced 2 years ago and was also experiencing some challenges, which have now been corrected.

Our air conditioner was broke moved us to a floor that had no hot water for 24 hours and I had business meeting to attend.

I am to hear about your negative experience with our hotel. I am glad we were able to get your AC issue resolved but am sorry about the hot water. The boilers both went down so the entire building was without hot water from around 6a to 12n while the plumbing company was getting the backup back online. The beds were smaller then we thought they would be. Along with the hotel not being within walking distance of much things. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was amazing inside the hotel
