The hot water heater was broken when we arrived so we didnt get to shower until the following day. However, the owner was responsive and had the hot water back on within a few hours. This place was great! Clean, comfortable, great location! I've rented many vacation homes and what I really appreciate is the attention to detail. The house itself is a very nice 3 bedroom on one level with a large back yard. It is professionally managed so not a personalised stay. I would suggest the management employ a check-list to ensure basics are in place -- there was no toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bath mats, some basic kitchen amenities missing, limited seat cushions for the outdoor furniture, etc etc. Also, the bath towels were child sized and would barely wrap around a grown person's waist.
