TBH, I expected more from what had been advertised in the photos. The home is situated in an older area of the community. Had I done better research, rather than trusting photos to tell the whole story, I probably would've stayed elsewhere. The home was clean and the communication was good. I did notice a dingy smell entering the home, but this is an older home. I would recommend changing the shower base out, as it is definitely in need. Tub in second bathroom looks like it could be refurbished. Refrigerator has calcium stains on water/ice dispenser and looked stained on interior shelf...Hope this helps both potential guests and homeowner.
