The property is located with easy access to Dallas' best restaurants and entertainment, and only 4 blocks from the nearest DART light rail station.

The home is ideal for a traveling family or for corporate lease.

Everything a guest would need we supply with the intention to exceed their expectations.

The space
- Large, open kitchen + living room, with a game room that can easily be used as a 3rd bedroom.

- Hardwood floors throughout + white quartz countertops + upgraded stainless steel appliances + gas range along with a large pantry.

- Stunning master bedroom and bathroom - top of the line finishes + over-sized shower with pebble stone floor, designer hardware, and a large walk-in closet.

- Ideal layout for a couple traveling together or colleagues seeking an elevated space together providing a sufficient amount of privacy.

- Pets require an additional charge of $150 per pet for specialized cleaning (**this does not include the removal of pet waste).

Property as advertised but stinky
The property met our expectations, based on the listing, on location, amenities, bedrooms/bathrooms, supplies, etc. Unfortunately, the trash in the garage had not been taken out on Tuesday and the garage and property smelled bad. Taking the trash container outside helped, but it couldn't be left outside at night due to potential fine. There were also a lot of fruit flies in the property, most likely the result of the trash situation. Also, it would have been nice to have better instructions on the use of the property and departure instructions.

Came to Dallas to see eclipse. Joined by a friend and adult son. The roof deck was perfect for viewing. Home accommodated all 3 of us easily. It was in walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery store, and several districts like Deep Ellum. We were very happy with the experience.

Dallas tri level
The townhouse was very pretty and clean, easy access to get in. The only recommendation we would have is to put in the description that there were so many levels. The majority of the guests were seniors so having to use so many stairs was hard on them. One of them was in a foot boot from an injury, but had it been a month earlier she would not have been able to get to the main floor. The house is lovely but not for handicapped people so it should say that in the description.

The property was very nice and large. There is a two car garage and bedroom / bath on first floor, kitchen, bath, living area on main floor, master/bath/family area on third floor and roof top where you can sit. I noticed many blow up mattresses in the closet if needed. There was an issue with the temp. the first couple of nights we stayed and we couldn't get assistance to help. Property manager was in communication but direction never assisted in solving the problem. There was also an issue with the toilet in master bath making strange noises. Property manager didn't know how to assist when we sent a video of the issue. Lastly, you can hear the traffic from highway in the mornings as you are really very close. We were able to walk under the highway to arts district which was fun. Most places you would however want to drive.

This location was great for long weekend. We would not have explored Dallas as much as we did if we weren’t right there. We had what we needed for a great price.

Loved the space and good location to Downtown
Lots of space for a two bedroom and it was kept up pretty well. It was good location to be close to downtown and definitely much better than a hotel. Cons were it is close to the freeway and airport so there is traffic noise but for the most part we were able to sleep through it (the bed was very comfortable). There are a lot of stairs but we didn't mind (good to get extra steps in) but it would be good to know in advance in case that wouldn't work for you. I would also suggest to add more kitchen towels as there was only 1 and no hot pad to take things out of the oven. All that said, we would stay again if in the area.

Texas Sized City Views
Set in the backdrop of downtown Dallas, this unit was a blessing. Every time you come and go, you see the famous skyline. The unit was incredibly spacious. The couches were just as comfortable as the beds. Sleek design and well resourced.
