Great location for proximity to Baylor Hospital

Apartment in a very old building in East Dallas. Furnishings and decor are very nice.Floors are uneven from building settling. No hall light in back door entryway. Wood around door frame of back entry door is busted.We were there for baby in NICU at Baylor, and the location was ideal.
