Upstairs apartment
The living room is comfortable and as shown. Kitchen has new fridge and dishwasher. The road in front is fairly busy and somewhat noisy (souped up cars or cycles?). This is an upstairs apartment with no elevator. I would stay here again. The price was right for us.

Great location close to att stadium.
It was clean inside but the outside stairs and entrance not pleasant to look at. It could use a cleaning. There was no ice available in refrigerator. Other than that clean and quiet.

We rented this place to visit our daughter and son-in-law who just got married and moved to Dallas. The property was not as close as advertised to the area I searched for. Additionally, there were only 2 towels there for me, my wife, and our younger daughter. Also, in the initial communication from the owner, he stated that there were linens under the chaise. When I looked in the storage area under the chaise, it was empty. When I brought it to the owner’s attention, he said he didn’t know what chaise I was referring to. We had to borrow pillows and blankets from my older daughter so that my younger daughter would have something to sleep with. It wasn’t a total bust, and it did the job; it was just a little less than expected.
