The property was clean and I enjoyed the room set up. However, the customer service, or the “front desk” ladies were pretty bland, we stood in front of the desk and had to say hello in order for them to even look up,…. Just overall, i would not stay here again …maybe for the cleanliness but everything else, was disappointing.
Check In And Room was an issue at first; However, management was EXCELLENT I moving me to a HUGE Room for the troubles. Never have I seen management FIX a situation so quickly to accommodate a guest. Give MANAGEMENT 10 STARS!!!! Will definitely share the hotel with others in Nashville!!! Manager Needs A PROMOTION!!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Condo style with full kitchen, no carpet and spaciousness were all big plusses. Convenient location and seemed new and well kept. More kitchen utensils instead of exactly 2 bowls and forks etc would be helpful. Also had the light fixture randomly fall out of the ceiling. No one ever came to fix it during our 4 night stay. Need for sturdier beds would also be a suggestion. Would stay again.

This property appears updated but the beds and pillows were terrible. Our unit had such a bad mildew smell that we had to air it out and still the smell wouldn’t go away. I question if there may be a mildew problem. There were no trash cans, no information on check out. Very uncomfortable stay.
