“This spacious home is so inviting and comfortable that you won't want to leave. The sprawling property is private, absolutely beautiful and perfect for hiking. The location is secluded, yet not too far from everything...grocieries, gas, restaurants, amusement park, waterfront, etc. The home has a great layout and is superbly appointed. The amenities are awesome - from the pool, hot tub, fire-pit, kids swings/play area, and heated back porch, to the quality appliances, game room, awesome master……

“Very unique stay in a historic property. Our host made check in easy and communicated promptly throughout our reservation. The property was perfect for a wedding weekend where we could hang out together while waiting for events. Several restaurants within walking distance. Our host gave detailed recommendations and provided useful tips and information throughout the house so you didn’t have to guess on anything. By far my best VRBO experience EVER. Would highly recommend.”

“Loved having a whole house. Master bedroom on first floor along with the full bath. The upstairs has the two other rooms and a half bath. Our older teen kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves, and having a half bath was a bonus for getting ready in the morning. The A/C is window air conditioners, which worked fine. FYI the master bedroom downstairs does not have an A/C unit, but it was cool enough by keeping the door open to the living room (which had the A/C unit) and running the……

“Our stay here was amazing!! The cottage is so cute, and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The cottage has everything you would need, and there were even kayaks to take out on the lake to enjoy. It had a pretty view and a safe neighborhood. It is a good location for going to Niagara or Buffalo as well. ”

Check in was a breeze, the host provided me with the code and I didn't need to bother him upon arrival to access the property. The apartment is freshly refurbished and very nice. The property is in a location that was convenient to all the events and people that I was interested in seeing. This will definitely be a property that I will use again on future trips to Buffalo. ”
