The only thing I didn’t like is that ppl was screaming on the halls , I had my son and husband and then getting out of the car two men was by the doors making a deal and smelling like pot

Decent price for a decent hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend for a quick stay over in Fairborn/Dayton area.

Admittedly, I was looking for a cheap hotel and the price was right. The website is very misleading. The pictures must be 10-15 years old. There is no bar as the website states and the place looks like a bomb went off. I will need to spend the next few days showering in scalding hot water to feel clean again.

Standard motel type facility. Staff at reception didn’t care to answer any questions & show there were busy doing something else every time I walked in reception. Bathrooms were ok but beds and other furniture quite run down

Run down but clean
Staff is nice. Older hotel, rundown, basic and clean, no bugs. Felt safe. Large parking lot. Quiet. Very reasonable price. 5 days for $235, 7 days for $290, monthly $925 + taxes and fees, there is a $50 refundable deposit. Daily is cheaper online however, around $73. Deposit $20. No pets, service animals ok.

Great stay for budget price. Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Linen felt and looked new. Desk clerk was friendly and polite. Property is older but well cared for. Will stay here again

You get what you pay for
The hallways and rooms reek of cigarette smoke even though they’re labeled as nonsmoking. As a non smoker, it really hurt my head inhaling the fumes during my stay. I had to blast the AC to stay sane. The Wi-Fi is virtually non existent, I can’t load YouTube videos or google maps on my laptop. Pros: the desk attendant is nice and welcoming, the bed is clean and comfortable, cleaning is sufficient

DO NOT STAY HERE
This place is outdated and overpriced. I stayed here because everything else was booked (and double booked) The hotel was hot, dirty with black hairs in my shower, the phone ringing in the middle of the night, with carpet stains and ratty comforter. Not to mention them keeping my deposit because they found a 'stain on my sheet' I'm a 40 year old woman who was barely in that room long enough to sleep. I did NOT leave a stain on anything. Will NEVER stay here again.

I am sorry for your unpleasant experience. Our policy is that if the guests don't like it, we always allow to cancel. Our Front Desk did not receive any request to cancel reservation last night. Are you sure that you contacted us to cancel? We had to hold your room last night because no cancellation.

Desk worker was very friendly and efficient. She knew the area to recommend restaurants. Rooms were clean and neat. The motel is located about 7 is 8 miles from the restaurant district she recommended. We will be back next year.

You get to see military planes nearby
Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Even though AC worked fine I prefer to crack open the window to enjoy the birds singing - could not be done at this hotel, windows are permanently shut. There was weak coffee in the morning with powdered creamer. Good value for price. Area was safe. While getting back on a highway you’ll pass by military planes parked on air force base - cool sight.

It's cheap an close to downtown. We normally have a pleasant stay. However, this trip I was accused by the handyman, or whoever he was, of some unknown event that evidently got me 'run off' the prior week, and the kids accused of causing a ruckus or something. The great part is that 2 hours earlier we watched another resident do his little tweaker dance for an hour in the parking lot before dropping and shattering his pipe on the pavement. This is no family on vacation spot, and definitely not for the meek or sheltered folk. The desk ladies and housekeeping staff are cool, but thanks to old dude and his crap constantly watching us, we probably won't be back. After 5 or so years of staying there during Halloweenfest, being accused of whatever in a place like this was straight up disrespectful and offensive.

Online it says, and they have pictures of dining area. As well as pictures of a lounge. They have nothing but a decapitated pool that has many tripping hazards. It is located in a pretty rough part of town which i was pretty sure my vehicle was not safe in. The building smelled of cigarettes and had many people that looked like they lived there permanently. Rough to say the least, it was an uncomfortable stay. Just spend the extra money and go to a nicer place.

Sadly, the hotel is deteriorated. Carpets stained and worn. Wallpaper peeling. Hallways smelled like an ashtray. It’s the kind of place you keep your shoes on at all times. Staff was nice.

Technical Difficulties?
The room phone gang several times during the evening and no one responded. When it rang at 1:20 AM and no one responded I unplugged the phone. I will not use this this hotel when I am on my way home.
