I rented this room through Expedia. The ad was for a corner room facing southward down the beach. The room we got was at the back near the main road on a parking lot. Very unsatisfactory.

The property was very nice. We loved the pool with the lazy river. The room was bigger than expected. Everything was fairly new. And the staff was wonderful. I only really had two complaints. One was the air conditioner kept popping up to 85° so you had to constantly put it down which was annoying in the middle of the night. Also, the vending machines on the property were always broken. We couldn’t get anything to snack on unless we got in the car and drove somewhere.

I have stayed at The Cove several times in the past and have come to expect their level of service. The staff is consistently top notch. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. The suites are updated, clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the things one could need. I love spending time here!

It was better than I expected. Our room was fully renovated. It was the nicest kitchen we could have. Loved the Crabtree and Evelyn products. A special thanks to Charles and Matt for their excellent service at the beach. We would go back anytime.
