Well it’s nothing to write home about. The second day after they cleaned our room my chargers were on the floor not where I left them. And the third day after the service our bathroom trash was emptied and placed on our toilet. And they didn’t give us a new floor mat for shower. Lol I felt bad cause I didn’t have cash for a tip but after these little things I didn’t feel like giving more than 5$ tip. But everyone was nice. And no bed bugs. I would not go back or recommend to anyone unless your cheap and have lower standards.

Well worth it, it’s mainly close to everything as in food & shopping areas. Also everyone has great attitudes and they even was nice enough to upgrade my room with no issue with a nice deal. Thanks for the amazing stay.

I stayed here for one night to avoid the long drive home after a family event. Check in was simple and the room was decent. You can tell this building has been around for a while but it was fine for a 1 night stay. The hot water did not work until the morning and the front desk tried to reset the boiler but that didn't work.

The hotel smelled amazing and was very clean. The bed was so comfy, clean and relaxing we.didnt want.to lead. This is best hotel hands down. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better the provided complimentary make up wipes with Dove lotions and shampoos. Will recommend this hotel to others.

Less than desirable
Check in was quick and easy, entry was very bright and clean but the room had an odor of wet dog. There was a huge spider on the wall, cracks in the bathtub. Time to remodel the rooms.

All the floors have cracked tiles and the floor with carpet has uneven areas where I would trip. I would like to know info can at least get half of the fees refunded. The property is in poor condition. No WiFi, no telephones were working. The lights half worked and flickered The AC made a whistling noise all night. Please give me some leeway here.

The carpet in the room was very sticky. I notified the front desk about the cockroach in the room. (Killed one 😖) They put a notice to the manager because I was there over the weekend but in the meantime my room wasn't checked for anything else.

Check in was great. The room was clean, but the pipes made a whistling sound, when you flush the toilet and run the sink at the same time. Also floor boards were loose in the bathroom.

Weekend retreat
Holiday Inn Express Desoto, Tx was absolutely a great place to stay for a quick weekend retreat. The accommodations were clean and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast met all expectations. Would definitely stay here again!
