“Excellent accomodation in classic Newbury street, no elevator to higher floors, good apartment space and kitchen availability, repeated visitor, will come back.”

“I had a great stay at The Chester Hotel. Super cute vibe, easy check-in, and good location for where I needed to be for work. Bed is super comfy, the room aesthetic is great and the restaurant MIDA next door was really good!”

“Great location if you go to the BCH”

“Check in and checkout process was horrendous. Doesn’t help that service near the VIRTUAL check in area is almost non-existent . Pictures look better than the rooms themselves. Area is fine the rooms are standard an okay. Never would I refer to this place as luxurious. It took 2 hours for me to check in and I had to call the service desk since the access codes never worked for the keys. When I was checking out and had to go to a train we were held for 30 minutes because. Once more, the virtual...

“Overall this is an amazing spot. It is basically a hotel suite with a kitchenette. It was perfect for us. Everything else pictured is in the building but not the room. Do not miss the view from the observation deck. You can see the building from almost everywhere in Boston! ”
