“The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays.”

“Need to climb 33 steps to get in the unit. The kitchen is a nightmare, beat up chipped counters, disgusting rusty and stained cookware, 2 of the 3 outlets don’t work. The blinds throughout the place are either broken or missing. I do not recommend having a car here. The parking situation is terrible, You can park on the incredibly busy street during the day (if you find a spot) then at precisely 8 PM you have to move to a parking lot 10 minutes away. “Great stay”

“The unit was comfortable, well-equipped and clean, except for some paint and wall debris at the primary BR window, probably due to water damage. It was conveniently located only 1 mile from Boston Children's Hospital, the reason for our stay. Communication with the hosts was good. Our major issue was with internet connectivity which, though advertised, was not available due to faulty equipment - a serious problem for us as we both work remotely, and have a number of items urgently requiring……
