“Great staff, they assisted me and my family members without hesitation. The staff made it as stress free as possible. It was twelve of us with kids in our group. The rooms were cleaned and well stocked. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would personally like to thank them for a wonderful experience. My personal recommendation is if you are looking for a place that feels like home this is the place. ”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Having the courtyard was awesome ... let in some fresh air from both sides of the suite!”

“The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again.”

“one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each”

“The staff here went above and beyond. We stayed here 2 different times last week as we traveled through GA, and we accidentally left three of our personal pillows. Not only did the staff save and hold our pillows for us for our return, but they went the extra mile and washed out pillow cases, too. Our room was very nice and clean, I would just suggest they get better blankets for the beds. They are not comfortable and not warm, but that is just my opinion. Breakfast was good, the pool area……

“Staff was very kind. Carpet did have a few spots on floor and room had a slight odor when we entered (likely from AC unit), but all areas were clean and bathroom smelled good. We had a good stay.”

“The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels……

“Property is awful black mold, dirty sheets and towels in the stairwell, water damage in the ceiling. DO NOT STAY! Was in room 5 mins and became ill and left! ”
