Beyond Disappointing
This property is in a very poorly maintained complex. The communal areas are not cleaned regularly. The rubbish bins were overflowing . The furniture in the villa was very old and not very clean. The bedlinen was old and stained with no change of linen given for the 2 weeks we were there. We had to wash and remake the beds the same day. We were given one small bath towel each. The shower curtain was very dirty. We took photos because we could not believe that this place could be called a Beautiful Villa. The furniture on the upstairs terrace was rusty and the chairs were falling to pieces. The inside of the house was also not very clean. I could go on and on

Lovely property
We spent a lovely week over Christmas in this villa, whilst looking around the area for our dream home. Very quiet and tranquil over Christmas, but very close to the bustle of Denia with its beautiful Marina and beaches.

Good position
Great to be able to walk to the beach. Bus stop short walk up the road to Denia where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Lovely terrace upstairs with bbq which we used a couple of times, a real sun trap. Loads of information in the villa which was very useful. We would love to go again and definately would recommend to family and friends.

Lovely property and a fabulous holiday
Casa Henrique is an excellent villa. It is very well maintained and equipped - everything you need for a comfortable stay. But it is more than that, it is also really nice! You feel like you are staying somewhere well cared and welcomed. Facilities include: washing machine (a must for me with 2 children!), beach chairs in the shed, great bbq, well equipped kitchen, wifi, air con in the bedrooms, tv (which we didn't use) amongst others. El Palmar is well located 4km to the North of Denia - but there are plenty of restaurants, shops etc within walking distance and a bus stop 2 minutes walk away - we had the car so did not use the bus but Denia is very accessible. The beach is 5 minutes walk (with children, lilos, chairs etc - so I'm sure it could be done more quickly than that) away - you have to cross a road to get to the beach. The beach is great, gently shelving sea so safe for children. El Palmar is a great complex too. The 'small' pool is less than a minute from the villa and the big pool with the slides 3 minutes - so all really close. We loved it here, we had a great time and the villa was a perfect setting for this. Families should be aware that the upstairs bedroom is only accessible from the outside stairs. Our children are 10 and 6 so I was hesitant about this. I spoke to David after booking and he reassured us with several options: there is a baby monitor on site and/or a sofa bed in the living room - in the end we opted for one of us to stay on the sofa bed in the living room each night - which was more than comfortable. It was a compromise well worth making to stay in such a lovely place. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout. Thank you David and Caroline for letting us stay in your lovely villa!

Nice house for 4 persons - not for 6 and to little places with shadow/ sun screens
It is a nice house in Spanish style. Cleand and with good contact with the owner and land lady. We had booked the house with 6 persons. Only 2 rooms have air conditioning and the living room not. 2 persons had to sleep on the bed sofa which was of low quality without air conditioning. In the summer period sun screens are needed in this area and only one small parasol is available.

La casa está bien cuidada, equipada con todo lo necesario, cercana a la playa de Les Bovetes y demás zona comercial y restaurantes. Está ubicada en una urbanización muy tranquila. Dando un paseo llegas enseguida a cualquier sitio. La atención de Ana, la propietaria, muy cercana, muy amable y atenta en todo momento a lo que te haga falta. Estuvimos una semana a primeros de marzo con nuestra perrita y disfruto tanto de la casa como de la playa. Recomendable 100 %

Entspannter Urlaub
Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und gut zu erreichen. Durch die genaue Beschreibung konnte der Check in reibungslos verlaufen. Die Zimmer waren schön hergerichtet und alles war sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch toll war, die Waschmaschine vor Ort. Die Poolanlage ist schön und auch der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. Wir empfehlen eine weitere Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und Ana ist eine nette Gastgeberin.

Han sido unas mini vacaciones , en una casa súper agradable, muy cómoda . Desde el momento que elegimos este sitio todo han sido ,facilidades por parte de Ana, la dueña de la casa . La casa está muy bien ubicada , próxima a la playa, el camino es muy cómodo para acceder a ella y la urbanización tiene dos piscinas una más pequeña a dos pasos de la casa y otra un poco más apartada muy grande con toboganes y un chiringuito genial en el que hasta puedes comer! La atención de la anfitriona Ana ha sido estupenda, ha estado muy pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Recomendada! Volveremos.

La maison est idéale : emplacement facile, près de la plage à pied et idéalement située. Il y a 2 piscines dans la résidence : une petite plutôt calme et une très grande avec toboggans, avec une zone de gazon très agréable. Le bonus : un bar à la piscine qui sert également quelques plats et tapas. Ana la propriétaire a été très disponible et ce fut un plaisir d’être accueillis chez eux. La maison est très bien équipée, la terrasse avec le grand barbecue est super agréable. La climatisation fonctionne très bien, et le jardin est bien clôturé pour nos amis les chiens. Le ménage est fait par des professionnels et cela est remarquable et très agréable. Bref, une super expérience de séjour. Merci encore Ana !

Very nice!
Perfect communication with Ana, clean and nice house, quiet location, very near to the pools. The upper room with bath is seperated, perfect for two couples or for our daughter. Airco in both sleeping rooms. We like most the upper place with a barbecue, enough room to enjoy the evenings with a view of wonderful spanish palms around. The beach is 5 minutes to walk, but the big pool was also very nice. There is a bar, you can get drinks, ice, foods. All in all a nice place for recovery, if you want to have animation or party, you must go to Denia. Thanks for a great holiday in July 22

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Das Haus ist in einer älteren Ferienüberbauung. Die Überbauung ist ca. 40 Jahre alt. Es hat vor allem Spanier dort. Die Anlage ist zum Teil in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt. Die Matratzen waren leider zu sehr durchgelegen und sollten ersetzt werden. Das Haus war sauber und wie bereits erwähnt sehr gepflegt. In ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss ist man an einem schönen Strand. In die Stadt benötigt man das Auto oder den Bus.

leider konnten wir von den drei gebuchten Wochen nur eine in der Wohnung bleiben. Wegen der Corona Krise mussten wir vorzeitig in die Schweiz zurückreisen. Der Vermieter hat sich bis jetzt nicht bereit erklärt eine Teil der Miete zurückzuerstatten. Sehr unsolidarisch.

Rundum, schöner Urlaub!
Dezember 2019 2Erwachsene und 1Hund. Wir waren 2 Tage mit dem Auto aus Deutschland nach Spanien unterwegs. Als wir an der "Casa Henrique" ankamen , wurden wir echt belohnt für die stressige Reise. Haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Ist alles so wie Beschrieben im Portal. Toll war das David uns die Schlüssel fürs Haus nach Deutschland geschickt hatte. Weniger Stress bei der Anreise. Die Kommunikation mit David klappte einwandfrei . Für Fragen und hilfreiche Tipps stand uns Sabine stets zur Seite. Da sie in Dénia lebt. Haben sie auch persönlich kennengelernt. Netter Kontakt. Wir haben die 3 Wochen sehr genossen und uns mit viel Sonne erholt.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette jolie petite maison. Très conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipée, très bien située, une bonne literie, de nombreux rangements, environnement calme, elle a entièrement répondu à nos attentes. Le petit plus a été l'accès à internet et des dvd à disposition pour les soirées où nous sommes restés tranquilles. La piscine était un peu fraiche (mais pour fin octobre c'était prévisible) mais très bien entretenue. Petit bémol pour la douche où l'eau chaude était un peu capricieuse. Nous gardons les coordonnées du propriétaire au cas où nous revenions dans le coin car nous sommes entièrement satisfaits et Dénia est une ville très agréable.

Wonderful Casa
We had such a good time in this nice house. Our children (10 and 14) liked to have their own room with bathroom in the tower. There are many possibilities to sit in the garden. Both pools are great. At the beach is a good restaurant and a cool beach bar. We loved the centre of Dénia (4 km) - such a nice atmosphere in this city. And in about 15 minutes by car you can find a shopping centre. All in all, we will always remember this great vacation!

Leuk ruim huisje met fijn zwembad, beetje achterhaald park
De villa ligt op een soort van vakantiepark met een fijn zwembad waar je lekkere hamburgers kunt eten. Maar de rest van de faciliteiten zijn of achterhaald, of gesloten. Het ligt een stukje buiten Denia, waardoor het wel rustiger is, maar je moet dus met de auto naar Denia en dat kan erg druk zijn. Het huisje zelf is heel compleet en de ruimte eromheen is prettig. De airco's in de slaapkamers zijn fijn, maar redden het niet in de woonkamer waar onze jongste in de hitte moest slapen.

Alles wie beschrieben, tolles Haus
Sehr gute Matratzen und eine angenehme Klima im schlafzimmer (mit Fernbedienung und Nachtregelung) das es kein deutsches Fernsehen gab, haben wir ehrlich gesagt noch nicht einmal gemerkt. Schöner sauberer Gemeinschaftspool mit guter Poolbar und schöner Musik aus den 80-zigern. Strand, Restaurants und der Supermakt sind alle fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Rundum alles da, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen
