A group had a party right outside my door. I went out and let them know it was late and loud. They kept partying. I called the front desk an hour later and they said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even come ask them to be quiet I called the front desk a second time and asked for a refund and I was going to check out and go to a diff hotel. They said that’s not possible. I told them I’d just call Expedia to complain. They finally said they’d come talk the the 8 guys drinking at my Window. I felt very unsafe and didn’t sleep at all. The next morning I woke up to a ton of trash and beer cans outside the hallway door.

I like this hotel if you’re looking for something convenient and easy on your wallet. They are affordable, and nowadays it’s hard to find one like this that is. There are a couple things they could improve, like working vents in the restrooms, and maybe supplying their business with more wash cloths because they always run out..other than that, this place is fine.

Made reservations for our non smoking room w/a note for a bottom floor room since I have a handicapped daughter who struggles w/stairs. We were not given a bottom floor room, NONE of the ice makers worked, NO eating utensils or pots and pans but there were 2 cooking utensils. Tiny TV too. Absolutely zero was done to remedy.

For the most part, the room appeared clean, however, I didn't stay because the pool was closed. When I returned to the front desk to let them know, I found the manager in a heated argument with a female guest (with her 3 yr old daughter) who had been placed at this property to help here escape from domestic violence. The manager was very unkind to her, a bit hysterical while the woman remained calm. I just wanted to get out of there. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

CHECKED IN AND A/C WAS SET ON 30 DEGREES ON ONE UNIT & AND 60 DEGREES ON THE OTHER. COULD NOT CHANGE TEMP ON 30 DEGREE ONE, SO I SHUT IT OFF ROOM WAS FREEZING. TV DID NOT WORK NOR DID HOUSE PHONE. HAD TO MAKE 3-4 TRIPS TO FRONT DESK TO GET ACTION. RESULT: REPAIR GUY WOULD BE IN NEXT DAY AT 8:30AM. HAD NOT SHOWN UP BY 9:45AM , SO I LEFT. WANTED TO TELL HIM ABOUT SINK FAUCET THAT WAS FALLING OFF AND LOOSE TOILET SEAT & BROKEN A/C. TV FIXED SOME TIME LATER THAT DAY. MOTEL 6 IS GOING DOWN HILL, WON'T STAY AT ONE AGAIN.

The staff is super rude
They have roaches and the staff are not friendly. The whole stay sucked. The people in the office are rude, I didn’t get any paper work for the room. It’s a shady , roach infested hotel. Take bug spray for the stay

To start, I booked 2 non-smoking rooms, and when I arrived, the rooms were not available. I had to sleep in a smoking room. This all happened despite the fact that the motel called me earlier in the day to confirm, and I was able to figure out that they had the wrong smoking status on my reservation and correct it. Then, when I arrived, it was as if the call had never happened. The room was in somewhat poor condition. The microwave did not work, the phone did not work, there was no alarm clock, some trim pieces were missing on the floor.

Outside of hotel looks run down.
Hotel looks nothing like the pics. Outside is ran down with lots of shady people staying here. Look like the hotel for drug users and dealers. Did not feel comfortable or safe. Dog feces everywhere outside and smells of dog pee cause one room has about four dogs that lives there. Watch ladies bring four dogs out back to back from one room to use it outside. The area where she takes the dogs on the parking lot has dog feces everywhere which adds to the bad smell around the hotel

Just. Dont. There were fingernails, blood and what appeared to be bug carcasses in our bed along with questionable "neighbors" that I was very uneasy being near. We didn't even stay 10 minutes.
