This property is near a few walkable attractions in the Denver area, but it's a bit on the outskirts of the "tourist" areas. Despite this, the 16th Street Mall is close by and public transportation options to other areas are reliable and easy to use. Our room was clean, but very small for three people, one of whom used the sofa pullout. There were no bedclothes for the sofa pullout and even though we requested them and were told they would be delivered to the room, we eventually had to go down to get them ourselves. The pool and hot tub were quite cloudy and perhaps a little green. The breakfast had a good variety of items that were fresh and tasty. Parking at the hotel was unavailable because of a local event, and we had to park in a garage a couple of blocks away.

The staff was beyond amazing! Each staff member working the front desk was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to take care of us. The lady in dining area stayed so busy refilling food on the breakfast buffet keeping it well stocked. There was coffee available all day. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of parking, and not knowing ahead of time we'd pay around $30 a day for parking. When the parking lot was full and we couldn't find parking, Stephen offered an amazing solution and found us parking and even helped park. We'd stay again in a heartbeat due entirely to the staff.
