Credit card machine wasn't working when I tried to check in. Reception weren't interested in providing a solution. Once an American guest tried to check in and her card was also declined then IT were contacted. Disappointed that having used the same card in Canada and America for the previous 2 and a half weeks that our card was considered the problem.
