"Highly recommend a stay at the Channel House! The building and room were a little dated, but it was charming. We rented a room with the jetted tub and it was excellent watching the sunset over the ocean even when it was periodically rainy windy and cold during our stay we were very comfortable in the tub. The staff was super friendly and offered great suggestions for food and drinks nearby (Check out Tidal Raves up the street for amazing seafood). The hotel is only a short walk away from shops, food, and a few parks on the beach. We didnt get to see any whales during our stay unfortunately but there were several harbor seals lounging on the rocks beneath the underpass and in the harbor."
