It made called the Quality Inn, but there’s no quality here. No elevator, no change machine, and generally run down motel.

I did not complain while I was there so I cannot say if the staff would have rectified the problems. The bathroom smelled like it had not been cleaned. Our towels were dirty so we requested new ones. The breakfast was very limited. I picked up a biscuit from the “hot” area and it was cold. It seemed almost frozen. I didn’t eat it to find out. My daughter and I decided on waffles and both of us had large holes in our styrofoam plates. There were replacements, but it felt wasteful. We avoided our room as much as possible because of the smell. I would not return.

I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE STAFF AND THEIR UNHELPFULNESS THERE WAS NO WAY TO CHARGE ANY DEVICE IN ROOM AND THEY WERE RUDE AND I SEEN THEM BE UNHELPFUL TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO THOUGHT THEY RESERVED A ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND WOULD BE ABLE TO CHECK IN THEN AND WERE TOLD NOT UNTIL 3 PM THAT DAY AND WOULDN'T HELP THEM AT ALL INSTEAD I DID ONLINE AND GOT THEM IN SOMEWHERE ELSE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT STAY AGAIN

Hotel was clean and a great price. Swimming pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast area was clean and had a lot of choices. Had a computer to print off the boarding pass for flights.
