“太臭臭”

“Great location. Bathroom sink had a leak - reported this to the front desk. Lowonda - was excellent in keeping the breakfast area tidy. She is such a hard worker and kept this pace each day we were there. Disappointed there was no bread options for toast. Photo of the breakfast in the elevators were a bit deceiving. Waterpark was great and enjoyed the hot tub.”

“We only stayed for a night, but staff was pleasant The lobby/common area was really nice. Room was large and decorated nicely as well. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Didn’t use the amenities but would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“Room 113 had a running toilet as soon as we walked in and wouldn’t flush. Asked to be moved to a new room. Room 308 smelled so musty and we realized that the carpet in front of the AC unit was completely wet. We asked to be moved again and all they had was original room 113. There was no way we could stay in a room with 2 adults and 2 kids without a properly working toilet. We checked out and drove 3 hours back home.”

“Overall it was a good stay. Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly. Only two small complaints. Day I got there a got a text message saying if I needed anything to text. I sent a message the next morning asking for more towels and got a response. That evening we still hadn’t received towels so I went to the front desk. Person there said “Oh I tell guests never to use the text and just come tell us.” Then why have the text system? Other complaint was that the toilet in our……

“Great staff, very clean, pool and hot tub excellent”

“看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。”
