French doors from both the Master and the Living room open onto a patio and nice lawn. So don't leave Fido behind! The Chateau La Mer community is perfect for pets. There are large grassy areas and sidewalks for strolling along beside the breathtakingly beautiful beach. And the amenities don't stop there. Most everything works as it should. However, the back door from the living room to the back porch it’s hard to open and close. Towel racks in both bathrooms are loose. Large gap in the storm door on the front door and it sometimes might not watch properly. The layout of the rooms and living area was quite pleasant. Beds were comfortable enough, kitchen was very modern with hi tech appliances. My only complaint is the check in time. You are charged a full days rate while only getting a half day of occupancy. The only thing the rooms were hot but stand alone fans were in the unit. Overall our stay was great!
