“I would rate this hotel a 3.5 out of 5. The property itself was clean, and most of the staff were great—especially the servers we encountered at Sole, Fresco, L.G. Smith’s, and Aquarius. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping our room clean throughout our stay. The main reason for my rating is the all-inclusive package, which I do not feel was worth the money. We previously stayed at Wind Creek Curaçao and purchased the all-inclusive package there, and the cost felt justified based on……

“Everything is perfect, the only complain I have please make the property smoke free. Since there is a lot of families with kids of all ages. Amazing time and property, always looking to improve to make it more convenient for the guests”

“Our view was great and the staff was really helpful. Part of the resort was under construction and one pool was closed. It was a very short walk to Divi Beach, which was really nice. Overall, we had a great experience.”

“Great hotel, very middle of the road, great for families. Pool is open until about 10pm which is great, breakfast buffet and happy hour was good as well. Just wish they had more activities during the day other than bingo for 15 mins.”

“The hotel was very nice. The beach was fantastic. The Casino is very small. Remember when visiting Aruba that when you go out to eat/drink, when you get your bill there is a "service fee" of 15-20% on top of the bill. This is the gratuity. We learned after we were there for three days that we were double tipping because we did not notice this. This is at about 80% of the restaurants. Also, it is well worth it to go on the pirate ship snorkeling ship at Moomba beach, those guys are AMAZING!!!!”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“The view from the new studio rooms are not great. No cover from when it rains in the balcony. Room#308. No full length mirror in the room only the small one in the bathroom. The bathroom was uncomfortable. Too small for a couple. Could not open the door to the bathroom all the way. The toilet was in the way. No complimentary coffee and no complimentary water. Other than that my stay was great. The server at the wave shack Julissa was very attentive. Alway took care of us . All staff at check……

“Front desk and seabreeze restaurant staffs are not friendly, there are no activities in the hotel and only a few restaurants, pools closed early.”
