“I loved my time in Aruba. The location was perfect, right by shops and the pier, wasn’t too far out from other destinations. My room was as pictured. The staff were amazing, very friendly and super helpful. The pool area was so pretty, especially at night time once lit up. “having a locked door in our apartment that was someone else' room was a bit odd. the phone in our apartment did not work even to call the front desk. There was only hot water in the shower, it is hard to bathe a toddler when cold water would only come out in the beginning for only a few seconds. It would then go straight to hot, did not matter how much we tried to adjust it.”

“The hotel was very nice. The beach was fantastic. The Casino is very small. Remember when visiting Aruba that when you go out to eat/drink, when you get your bill there is a "service fee" of 15-20% on top of the bill. This is the gratuity. We learned after we were there for three days that we were double tipping because we did not notice this. This is at about 80% of the restaurants. Also, it is well worth it to go on the pirate ship snorkeling ship at Moomba beach, those guys are AMAZING!!!!”

“The view from the new studio rooms are not great. No cover from when it rains in the balcony. Room#308. No full length mirror in the room only the small one in the bathroom. The bathroom was uncomfortable. Too small for a couple. Could not open the door to the bathroom all the way. The toilet was in the way. No complimentary coffee and no complimentary water.
