“The bartender Eddie saved the day. He’s the pool bartender. The food nor the beach did it for us. We checked out 2 days earlier. Although it was nonrefundable we chose to leave and enjoy the city. The sea grass swarmed the beach. It was so smelly I couldn’t smell my perfume daily. For the price we paid the food wasn’t good at all. The best thing on the menu was the cheese burger. Didn’t receive a welcome drink or hot towel. Very disappointing ”

“We loved staying at the Alaia resort. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the air conditioning worked well and the property was well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!”

“This was a perfect resort. We had a two bedroom penthouse suite with a full kitchen and a balcony with a table and chairs and the lounge chairs overlooking the pool. The pool bar was cool. The staff was soo friendly. Their shuttle was a hit. Can’t go wrong at this resort. It is kid friendly. ”

“Very clean rooms with all the amenities if home. Nice having a washer/ dryer in unit. Restaurant very pricey for dinner so chose to get groceries or eat elsewhere. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.”

“Room was clean but the service at the restaurant was not the best. Maybe they had to wait for Britain to return what they took before they served the meals.”

“The room and property is actually very nice but you can’t get in the water cause it’s seaweed or whatever it is all in the water it’s make the whole area stink so bad also the staff could’ve of been a little more helpful and they need to tighten up on a few other things cause the place only been open for a few years swim up bar not done yet it’s a few other things but ”
