This hotel hosts a lot of local business and private parties, almost every day, resulting in their service staff being focused on taking care of the guests who come to host the meeting, and not taking good care of the guests staying in the hotel. “這家飯店的隔音真的非常差，只要你在房間時就一定可以聽到兩邊房間的說話聲，樓上的腳步聲，門外製冰機的引擎聲，基本上是幾乎沒有隔音，住了3晚根本無法好好的睡。 唯一覺得不錯的就是浴室地板有地暖。因為是第一次去所以也不知道要住哪裡，這裡房價一天$700，去逛了一下發現其實很多都比這裡有好的飯店而且還更便宜”

“The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The staff were on point, very helpful and friendly. We had the Vista suite, which was so beautiful and huge! I will say, the beds were small for two adults to share. The room description said there was a soaking tub, there was not. But we did not miss it. We ordered room service twice, the charcuterie, and late night a cheeseburger. Both were absolutely delicious. Over all, a fantastic stay!”

"The hotel is very close to Universal Studios Hollywood, and it is only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the studio, which runs every 15 minutes, which is very convenient! The hotel facilities are very good, and there is also a swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun! The restaurant is open for a long time, from 6 am to 11:30 pm. If you are tired the day before, you don’t have to get up early to eat. I like this very much. I will stay here again when I go to the studio in the future! I hope to give discounts to old customers!"
