“The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer”

“Das Hotel liegt zentral und Möglichkeiten einen Einkauf zu tätigen sind auch ausreichend in der Nähe gelegen. Sehr schöne Lobby die zum verweilen einlädt. Gerne wieder.”

“Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.”

“Room did not have amenities promised. Staff not on property so cannot help with amenities. Door would not shut properly without a lot of effort. Not pleased with room quality compared to photos online.”

“Wir hatten das Familienzimmer, welches sehr gepflegt und sauber bei der Ankunft war. Generell ist das Hotel sauber, hat eine super Ausgangslage, genügend Parkplätze vor Ort und ein sehr vielfältiges Frühstück. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es wieder buchen!”

“Perfect location! The hotel is opposite the train station. In addition, the room is quite clean.”

“Das Hotel befand sich während unseres Aufenthalts leider mitten in Umbauarbeiten. Von außen war das Gebäude eingerüstet und tagsüber, etwa zwischen 8 und 17 Uhr, war regelmäßig Baulärm zu hören. Besonders enttäuschend fand ich, dass auf die laufenden Bauarbeiten bei der Buchung nicht hingewiesen wurde. Erst im Zimmer lag ein Schreiben, in dem man sich für die dadurch entstehenden Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigte. Diese Information hätte meiner Meinung nach bereits vor der Buchung transparent……

“Ein nettes und familiäres Hotel. Parkplätze kostenfrei verfügbar angrenzend zum Hotel. Schöner und privater Badeplatz, direkt am wunderschönen Ossiacher See, mit ausreichend kostenfreien Liegen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet mit Klimaanlage und kleinem Kühlschrank.”
