"I didn't appreciate that the front desk lady didn't mention I could self-check in, in case I would be late, since they have limited hours at the front desk. She was kind of rude all time. Even when I checked out, there is not excuse on language barriers, being polite and friendly, and have empathy super pass speaking language. "Sheets were not clean, non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, tiny bathroom was dirty, decor stained and grubby. Aircon unit only blowed hot so room roasting all night. Towels tiny and threadbare. Car park too small for our vehicle, rnded up asking in a nearby garden centre to use thrir car park. Only good thing was very friendly staff but will never stay here again."
