“I think that there should be an ice machine closer then the front office. I always had to wait hours for clean towels and though I ask for toilet paper at numerous times and it was never delivered to the room. My wife and I had to buy toilet paper at the Dollar General down the road. Staff was friendly and the grounds were well maintained but they were not very interested in the small things like toilet paper or bringing back towels when housekeeping had already picked up all the towels and wash……

“Front Staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. We asked if we could use the outside pavilion for a small family dinner get-together. We were in town as my husband's mom was very sick, and now has laid to rest. The Manager offered the dining area instead, so we could have our family gathering in comfort. That offer meant a lot! “I was not very happy. The day before our trip, the hotel caught fire. I drove 750 mile to find out and then I had to scrabble to find a hotel to stay at. I realize that "things happen" but I believe that their corporate offices/ reservations had our phone numbers and they never made an effort to contact us. ”
