“When we arrived, the hot water was out, and we only had lukewarm for the next two days. The restaurant took forever to get an order, then there were no condiments nor sugar for tea and coffee.While we were there, people were stuck on elevators, while staff did nothing. One of our visiting group, a retired firefighter, got the fire department involved to rescue those trapped. I had stayed there once before, several years ago, and they lost power to elevators. Moved out of upper rooms with no……

“We went to the beach, play water, rid the horse, jogged around the lake, and so on. We tried all that the first time experienced. Perfect place, I like here and I will come back again with my family together!”

“At first, the mattress was upside down, and I could feel the springs when sleeping. The room was not cleaned at all, and it felt like there were bugs everywhere. I asked the front desk to clean it twice. One time they said it was cleaned once a week, and another time they said it wasn't scheduled. The experience was very bad.”
