“Friendly and helpful staff. There's nothing much to do in Hikkadua unless you go out on excursions. The hotel should organise activities for adults and children during the day. We had a pleasant stay as the pool and the beach made up for lack of activities.”

“The whole place was just really work out and there was just alot of things that were wrong about the place. When we arrived they had not recieved our booking from hotels.com and asked us to pay a fee for them to sort it out, which is just unreasonable. However they did upgrade us to a suite, which was nice. Service was not the best. They advertise the place as a spa resort, but the spa and its only staff member was unproffessional in my eyes. We complained but did not feel like the management...

“We wanted a relaxing and peaceful holiday with a pool and view and good service. This hotel didn’t disappoint us. There are only six rooms so the service was personal and exceptional. The hotel is located at the quieter end of the Hikkadawa stretch of beach which suited us. The livelier bars and hotels were only a short walk away too. There are buses every five minutes just outside that took us to the Tsunami museum one day and Galle Fort another for about 50p each, each way. Great fun and...
