“My husband and I, along with my in-laws, stayed at the Cozy Cottage for our son’s graduation from IU. It was just as described, nice and cozy, with everything you could possibly think of there for you. We just needed a few groceries and our clothes and that was it! It wasn’t too far of a drive to the University for the graduation, about 45 min. There is a plaza very close with a grocery store that has everything you could possibly need. “This is our 3rd year staying here with a family group.The kitchen and eating area accommodates the entire group which is nice. The beds and bathrooms worked out well for our group of 10. The fire pit is the evening hang out.The town and Brookville Lake area is great. ”
