"Friendly staff, great kitchen with lots of equipment, free beer in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Located in a nice area near Ueno park, and not too close to crowded tourist traps. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were all surprisingly really good quality too."

"The room view was great, and the weather was great on the first day, which is essential to enjoy the view of Mt. Yotei. The room was clean but not air-conditioned. Houses in Hokkaido are designed primarily for winter, so it wasn’t cool enough during high summer. Considering the level of global warming, I suppose an air-con will be a must in Hokkaido now... unless the present trend reversed and the climate gets cooler. Otherwise the stay was great!!!"

"Actually we had a hard time finding the hotel since they changed its name and did not inform us. So we just relied on the address that was printed on my confirmation voucher. We have been going round the neighborhood looking for the hotel, finally we found it thanks to some locals who helped us. When we got to the hotel there was a name outside the front wall but it was another name. But once we found it we did not have a hard time going back to it. It is very accessible to the bus stop and...

"The staffs are very accomodating and supported us with everything we needed. I even ñeft my bag inside the train with all of our passports inside and the hotel staffs helped us getting it by delivering it to the hotel. The rooms are also wonderful. Thank you for hosting our stay in osaka 😁"
