“The property itself is a simple, one-story, 10-unit motel of the "mom & pop" types that began being common in the U.S. in the 1950's. The room and bathroom were both clean and well-furnished with no functional problems. What stood out was the character of the couple running the place; warm, friendly, helpful.”
