“Linens were stained and there was a smell in our room. There was also mold spots on the ceiling. The bed was otherwise comfortable and hotel was in a convenient location”

“I am very disappointed with my stay. I added a specific request to my reservation notes in advance but the front desk staff did not read them when I arrived. The staff was uncooperative and dismissive. They told me no other rooms were available, leaving me no choice but to accept a room that did not match my needs. I expect better communication and customer service from this hotel”

“Clean, addressed most traveler's needs, could not eat breakfast, which was problematic (late start on weekends is unrealistic for people actually traveling) and the dishwasher wasn't working, but otherwise good stay.”

I was there for a wedding, and the wedding party came by and used the pool and the dining room. The staff for very kind to all of us. I will most definitely will stay there again.”
