“Gorgeous views but the room was outdated. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall, the sink facet had no pressure so they removed the screen which just made the water spray everywhere when in use, and the shower handle kept falling off. Also the toilet was leaking. They need some serious updating. The property location was stunning but we couldn’t enjoy it after 5pm because the sand flies were out. They were so horrendous. “Pros: clean and spacious room, working A/C, very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: there was no hot water (only lukewarm water). They ran out of in-room coffee. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are very nice and welcoming. There are roosters on the property that serve as alarm clock in the morning. I didn’t mind them at all as I needed to get up early every morning. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“This beautiful 4 BR, duplex villa was built for a designer and architect. It is informal, open, functional and well stocked with everything needed for cooking and serving meals. Each BR has it's own "en-suite" bathroom. The showers are HUGE and warm water is plentiful. There were ample beach towels and sun hats provided. “Best of both worlds, the beach and the pool. Was nice to be able to walk or swim to Tiny's Hurricane Hole. The house was roomy and nice, only draw back was would have been nice to have AC in the main living area and kitchen. We were able to use a fan and force air from one of the bedrooms. The house is a duplex but no one was staying on the other side and there were no neighbors close by.I would recommend this house.”

“Amazing stay loved walking right out on to the beach. We saw rays, sharks, starfish and lots of fish right out the back door. Karin the house manager was wonderful and even did some shopping for us before we arrived. She also was able to get us a highchair and pack and play for our 1 year old. ”
