“Staff was awesome and room was clean. Can't say enough about the staff. Very helpful. Room 120 however was next to the icemaker in the lall and the door is not sound proofed so heard the ice machine being run all night long and people loudly talking in the hall. Don't get room 120 for sure. Amenities however were lacking. Pool was cold and uncomfortable for swimming in. Hot tub only has a ladder so orhopedically challenged people like myself can't get in and out easily. So I opted to not use it……

“We enjoyed our stay. The chairs in the front lawn are so enjoyable. The hotel has been remodeled and is well kept. Great location. They transfer bags to the fairy and they can hold you bag on check in and check out . The grill is expensive but worth it , we loved it. We would return”

“There is no use upgrading to a room with a balcony because there is no good view. They are also shared balconies & very dated. Staff was very friendly & good location.”

“Rooms need updating. my tub had rust in it. Elevators still not working. No breakfast on premises. Venting machine put a 25 dollar hold on your credit card. I think this is my last time there. Only one water slide works. Not worth the 60 dollar they charge.”

“The overall property is nice and good location. Easy shuttle to Arnold and Sheplers dock. The restaurant is nice and tasty. The breakfast is good and the view is amazing. Some rooms are remodeled and look good and feel clean if remodeled.”
